What’s the best way YOU can help people?

I’ve asked myself this question thousands of times.

Especially when I look into the eyes of a homeless person, and see myself. Or when I hear stories of people I know who have overcome enormous odds.

“What can I do to help?”, I always think.

A few months ago, when contemplating that question, I had a major aha-moment.

Write a book to help spark a whole new life for people.

The kind of book that I can give to a homeless person and it has the potential of empowering them in a way that’s a lot more sustainable than just giving them $20.

So that’s what I did. I wrote a book called A Book For You, that I’m going to give to homeless people (and other people society would consider “down and out”) for the rest of my life. You’ll hear more about it soon.

For me, my skills with writing and distilling helpful information, along with my passion for empowering people on the deepest level, led to the book idea.

Feel into how you can be of greatest service. You don’t need to do things in any certain way.

  • What are your unique skills?
  • What are you passionate about?
  • What kind of service work lights you up?

It can be anything.

Maybe for you it’s being the best parent you can be, or helping impoverished people become entrepreneurs, or feeding hungry people, or being a recovery counselor, or teaching kids mindfulness, or even just something as simple as living in such joy that it automatically shifts everyone around you.

Have the courage to go within and bring awareness to all aspects of yourself (not just the “good” parts).

Have the courage to embody more love. And have the courage to express it in a unique way.

Ask yourself this…

What’s the best way you can help people?

Much Love.
